HYDROSITE™ INTEGRATED SYSTEM

Hydrosite Integrated Systems are self-contained tactical decontamination systems for Military ground support vehicles, aircraft and other heavy equipment. Hydrosite Integrated Systems include all equipment, components, support subsystems, and controls to perform effective wash/rinse decontamination and provide wash wastewater management. These systems are designed, manufactured and supplied to optimize the equipment decontamination process at base operations or during deployment situations.
Hydrosite Integrated Systems are modular design and all equipment engineered for above-ground placement. Site utility requirements include 208-230 volt, 3-phase power and connection to a water supply used for fill and makeup purposes only. Wastewater management processing of the system is a closed-loop system for recycle operation or can be plumbed for discharge to an approved sewer system. System-treated discharge will meet federal, state or local contaminant limitations.
Hydrosite Integrated Systems are available in a wide variety of configurations to meet specific requirements. The following summarizes just a few of the system features:
- ISO/TC-104 Certified Environmentally Controlled Equipment Enclosure
- Up to four (4) station Hydroblaster™ System with Remote Equipment Module (REM) operation
- Hydrofoamer™ soap/foam application system at each REM station
- Hydrokleen™ Solids/Liquid Separation, 20-micron nominal
- Secondary solids recovery to 1-micron
- Hydrokleen Dual Polishing Filtration System with Oil Coalescing & Skimming
- Hydro-Biodigester™ Auto Dosing System
- Hydropad™ Tactical Wash Pad System, single lane, dual lanes, up to 30-tons/axle, modular
- Ancillary equipment, components, sub-systems, controls, parts and supplies to facilitate and support manufacturing completion and field operation.
- Ancillary services to include pre-manufacturing site evaluation, design, engineering, manufacturing, inspection, testing, field service and administration.
